The Piaggio Package

 

Package Overview

Our standard package service includes Sip Sip hooWray with six taps ready to dispense a variety of beverages for your event. 

Drink Menu is solely up to you. We have served beer, wine, prosecco, signature cocktails, lemonade, and other non-alcoholic beverages. You can mix and match the beverages in each tap to accommodate your event.

We will provide bar service for a minimum of 2 hours (up to four hours max). We will facilitate the delivery of your beverages to and from your designated retailer. 

The rental fee includes transportation to and from the event up to 30 miles from Conover, NC (additional mileage fee may apply), set-up, and breakdown of the bar following the event. We will also provide clear plastic drink ware and napkins for up to 100 guests.

Pricing & Service Details

While every event is unique, our local events tend to start at $695 for prop rental this is for the 2 hour minimum service time.

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your date, which will be applied to your balance. Your initial deposit will include the cost of the alcohol that you will purchase for your event.

  • Minimum gratuity of 18% vendor gratuity will be added. Client will be billed at the conclusion of the event.

  • Beverages cost vary depending on guest count and are billed accordingly.

  • We will arrive 1 hour prior to event for set-up and provide up to 2 hours of service with a standard rental.

  • Need us longer than 2 hours? No problem, we charge an additional $150 per hour after your 2 hour service ends.

  • We provide 2 servers per event.

  • Includes draft service for 6 products.

  • Happily handles Prosecco, wine, beer, and craft cocktail.

  • We pick up and transport your beverages to and from the event venue to ensure setup is accurate and on time.

  • We provide a drink menu allowing you to choose the beverages of your choice and we are happy to provide signature drinks showcasing your event.

  • Disposable cups and napkins provided up to 100 guests.

  • We provide customized signage honoring the guest of honors celebration as well as a personalized hand lettering acrylic drink menu for your event.

Drink Menu is solely up to you. We have served beer, wine, prosecco, signature cocktails, lemonade, and other non-alcoholic beverages. You can mix and match the beverages in each tap to accommodate your event.

We will provide bar service for a minimum of 2 hours (up to five hours max). We will facilitate the delivery of your beverages to and from your designated retailer.
